These general terms and conditions (hereinafter "GTC") of LABA Accessories GmbH CHE-365.516.144 (hereinafter "Seller") apply in general to all relationships with the Sidang online shop and in particular to all purchase contracts between natural and legal persons (both hereinafter "Customer") and the Seller.

Conclusion of contract

Once the customer has completed the electronic sales process and confirmed his order, a binding sales contract is concluded between the customer and the seller in relation to the products in the shopping cart. The buyer will then immediately receive an email confirming the order, which does not constitute acceptance of the order. The seller reserves the right to refuse an order for the following reasons: unauthorized payment, existing outstanding payments or failure to meet the criteria set out in the General Terms and Conditions.

In principle, the seller offers products that are ready for dispatch from the seller's warehouse. Nevertheless, it may happen that individual products cannot be delivered. If this happens, the buyer will be contacted immediately by email.

All prices listed on this website are in Swiss francs (CHF) and include VAT.

Eligibility for payment

In order to make payments in the online shop, it is necessary for the customer to provide their personal data. It is mandatory that the customer provides their correct name, telephone number, email address and valid payment information.

If the value of the goods exceeds CHF 400, a delivery will only be made if payment is made by card, TWINT, PayPal or in advance. Customers cannot order on account for their first order and must choose another payment method or the option of prepayment. In the case of prepayment, the order is definitely processed as soon as the seller receives confirmation of receipt of payment from their bank.

The customer's personal information may be transferred to a partner payment processing company, credit reporting agency or fraud prevention agency, which may then keep a record of this information.

Delivery and shipping conditions

All deliveries in Switzerland are carried out by the Swiss Post. No deliveries can be made to PO boxes. In addition, the terms and conditions of Swiss Post AG apply and can be found at www.post.ch. Any shipping costs are listed in the online checkout. The seller generally offers free shipping (A-Post) within Switzerland.

Estimated delivery times for A-Post are 48 hours in Switzerland. The seller assumes no liability for delivery delays. The transfer of risk begins at the time the products arrive at the customer.

For shipping to the EU and other countries, the customer is asked to contact the seller by email and products will only be shipped upon advance payment.

Returns

In principle, returns are possible within 14 days (calendar days) after delivery of the goods (postmark or delivery of the collection invitation is decisive) provided the jewelry is undamaged and has not been worn. An item must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging and with all accessories. If returned, the purchase price can be refunded or a voucher issued upon request. The customer must package the item securely for transport for return.

In general, the shipping costs for returns are to be paid by the customer. In the following cases, the shipping costs are borne by the seller: Items do not correspond to the order or a defective item is received.

Please inspect the products you receive from us for faults immediately upon receipt. Products are faulty if they arrive damaged or have a defect in materials or workmanship.

LABA Accessories GmbH attaches great importance to data protection and the general provisions of data protection and data security in Switzerland apply. The data is used exclusively for internal order processing and for our own marketing purposes. No customer data is passed on to third parties except for payment processing.

Applicable law

These general terms and conditions and the use of this online store are subject to Swiss law and the competent jurisdiction is Bremgarten.
