For orders within Switzerland, we offer free shipping for orders over CHF 50. Every shipment is sent with a tracking number, so you can track your order at any time. Processing time is typically 1–2 business days. We also offer local delivery and pickup options.

Yes, we offer repair and exchange services for our jewelry. If your jewelry is damaged within one year of purchase, we will replace it free of charge. Even after this period, you have the option to exchange the product for half price.

You can return your online order within 14 days of receipt for a refund, exchange, or voucher. The condition is that the items are returned unworn, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging. Please note that sale items are not eligible for exchange or return.
